Digital Marketing Mixer
For two days I’ll be immersed in a seminar on search, enews and social media. This is coming via iPhone & will cover highlights as much as possible.
First off – Social Media- most jam packed.
Highlights on starting in social media. Key points:
Start small
Vision statement/ mission- (take with grain of salt) but goal and planning is key.
CONTENT
Simple, concrete, credible, emotional, story.
Use google keywords/ search to find what people are tuning into. Create the networks around terms that have the highest audiences. Example – the term student loan is much better than ‘pay for college’.
Requires lots of time and resources. Need to have passion.
Service- be the expert in your field- help people and be open.
