What are your goals – Awareness? Perception? Boost sales? Leads? Relationships?

And our mantra at Design World- ‘measurable results’. You must be able to measure the Outcomes, and be sure to assign the right measurement to the metric. With social media, all the typical metrics may not apply. New Outcomes must be evaluated over metrics in most cases.

Must have strategy. Concider all channels.

How is your company going to interact?

Blogging, podcasts are not strategies. They are means.

Your brand may not be the users friend. Align company perhaps to tangent group/ community.
