While we had a number of initiative that were under the radar, Folio mag came out with a brief on what we are up to, where we’ve been and where we’re going. Strategy aside, our success really has been a great team effort from our excellent editorial staff, production efforts, business development and listening to our customers – VOC if you will (Voice of the Customer).
