WiRL stands for Women in Restaurant Leadership, an initiative QSR and FSR magazines to support, educate, and uplift women in the restaurant industry. The platform aims to create a safe environment for women to connect, learn from one another, foster mentorship opportunities, and gather career advancement advice and tips.

The flagship event of WiRL is the Together Summit, an annual one-day conference that gathers female leaders from around the industry. The summit features workshops, keynote speakers, and networking opportunities designed to empower women in restaurant leadership. In addition to the main event, WiRL also features podcasts, webinars, a Power Hour, and much more.
