HD Video Upgrade to Engineering Watch

We just rolled out engineering videos sporting some new interface options, but most notable the player size and aspect ration change to 16:9 and the high definition encoding. The player size has now grown to 640 x 430, HD encoding is done on upload, custom tagging is in place and as always, anyone can upload video to the site.
